Castro Candaz Mencía is a wine made from 100% Mencía . Harvest is performed by hand and the winemaking process is carried out in the traditional way, applying minimum intervention. This way, they seek the maximum expression of the variety and the character of the land where the vines grow. Once the alcoholic fermentation has finished,it is aged for 6 months in 500-litre used barrels.
