2023 Wonderwerk "Free Your Mind" Red Blend

Wonderwerk Free Your Mind is a 50/50 blend of Carignan from Contra Costa and Riesling from Arroyo Seco, both sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards. The Carignan underwent carbonic maceration, while the Riesling fermented on skins with a creative twist—pump-overs using pressed carbonic Carignan—resulting in a distinctive red natural wine with a unique fermentation cap.
