Fausto and Cinzia Cellario are 3rd generation winemakers who believe in working with indigenous Piemontese grape varieties and traditional vineyard work and the cellar practices. 100% Barbera, produced in a natural, organic, low-intervention style and aged in 100hl cement tanks for one year. Unfined, unfiltered.
