Torres introduced Cabernet Sauvignon to the region in the 1960s, marking a major shift from traditional white plantings. Aged extensively in oak, the wine shows structured dark fruit, cassis, ripe plum, and subtle spice with notes of cocoa and toast, balanced by firm tannins and a smooth, persistent finish.
