Golden in color, typical of black grape varieties with very fine bubbles, this wine shows ripe fruit, spice, roasted apple, apple compote, and peach on the nose, followed by a structured, long, and lively palate with velvet-like bubbles and notes of pear, brioche, spice, and fresh walnut.
