Cider has been making a modern comeback and Virginia is at the forefront of the cider revival. Picked and pressed at peak ripeness by Silver Creek Orchard in Central Virginia, Harrison, Ashmead’s Kernel, and Old Virginia Winesap apples were selected to create an off-dry, fruity cider. Bright aromas of apple and spice are accented by floral notes with a clean and crisp acidity on the palate all balanced by a touch of sweetness provided by a natural apple concentrate.
