2022 Chateau de l'Oiseliniere Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine Sur Lie Loire Valley, France

Château l'Oiselinière is a 10 hectare single vineyard overlooking the confluence of the Sèvre and Maine rivers. The color is a very pale yellow. There are very small bubbles, called "Perlant," that come from the Sur Lie vinification process. Citrus aromas of grapefruits and lemon skin on the nose. The wine is very fresh in mouth with bitter and citrus tones, well balanced with white flower and exotic fruit at the end. Pair with seafood in general but in particular oysters, sole meuniere.
