2022 Domaine Rolet Arbois Blanc Savagnin Ouille, Jura, France

This white wine is vinified partly in oak barrels (topped up - so not oxidised) and partly in vats. It has a powerful aromatic bouquet with notes of vanilla and spice due to the wood. This encompasses a typical vivacious minerality. A great wine to pair with white meats, cheese and creamy sauce dishes.
