Tinashe Nyamudoka produces this cuvée mostly from Roussanne and Chenin Blanc, with a smidge of Colombard and Sémillon thrown in for good measure. Unctuous notes of honeysuckle, canned peaches, white flowers, and citrus rind dominate the wine, though the Chenin’s zesty acid keeps the juice impeccably balanced.
