Orgo Kakheti Saperavi is a robust, artisanal red wine from Georgia's Kakheti region, made from 100% Saperavi grapes from 80-year-old vines. It is traditionally fermented and aged in buried clay pots called qvevri, resulting in a full-bodied wine with dark fruit flavors and firm tannins. The wine is known for its deep color and complex profile, with notes of black cherry, currant, tobacco, and earth, and pairs well with rich meat dishes like lamb or beef stew.
