We harvest the Petit Manseng grapes, a French varietal, later in the season to allow residual sugars to reach higher levels. Our Petit Manseng is a Jurançon-style wine, that is both sweet and dry, thus offering the best of both worlds. With aromas of jasmine and coconut, and intense flavors of pineapple, orange, and bergamot, it finishes with the classic ‘creamy mouthfeel’ and is a delight for drinking and pairing with rich, flavorful dishes.
